You will leave with a clear working diagnosis and a proposed plan — which we finalize together before any prescriptions are written.
Medication Management
20–30 min · Established patients- Symptom tracking and progress review

- Dosage adjustments as needed
- Coordination with your therapist or PCP
- Refill management
Follow-up frequency is based on your needs — typically monthly when starting a medication, then quarterly once stable.

Medication Management
Evidence-based psychiatric prescribing tailored to your diagnosis and history — SSRIs, SNRIs, stimulants, mood stabilizers, and more. Follow-up appointments are available in-person in Sugar Land or via telehealth for patients across Texas, Washington, and New Mexico, monitoring effectiveness and side effects with dosage adjustments made collaboratively.
Therapeutic Support
Supportive psychoeducation and coping strategies integrated into every psychiatric appointment, available in-person in Sugar Land or via telehealth in Texas, Washington, and New Mexico. Not a replacement for therapy — when dedicated talk therapy is indicated, we refer to trusted providers and coordinate care.
